THE RULES

Rule 1

Each team has 10 females and 1 male per fielded side. The center and nose tackle are male, all other positions are female.

Rule 2

Male on female contact is limited to what makes the best product. A male injuring a female makes a bad product, on the other hand a center motivated to be protective will bring out their best. Referees will look for a balance. There will be zero tolerance for a 300 lb man blindsiding a woman in a crossing lane.

Rule 3

A male can make a tackle on a female by obtaining a flag football flag. Otherwise it is NFL rules tackle football.

Rule 4

Female jerseys are crop tops, males have full coverage jerseys.

Rule 5

All players wear black yoga pants. Men TBD.

Rule 6

Male on female pancake blocks are prohibited.
