These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related content, including the BYPFL concept, rules, vision, and materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview and Purpose of the Site

The Site shares our vision for a new variation of American football — the Black Yoga Pants Football League (BYPFL) — featuring innovative formats such as “10 Women 1 Man” gameplay. The Site is currently informational and promotional only. We are not yet offering official leagues, registrations, events, or organized games. Any gameplay inspired by our rules is informal and unofficial.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, rules, concepts (“10 Women 1 Man”), names, images, and designs, is owned by BYPFL or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and share the Site’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• The BYPFL name, logo, and concept may not be used to create competing leagues or products without explicit authorization.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your affiliation with BYPFL or claim any official status.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward others.
• Attempt to scrape, data-mine, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
• Transmit viruses, spam, or other harmful material.

5. Informal Play and Assumption of Risk

We encourage people to play football inspired by our vision. However:

• Any games played based on BYPFL rules are informal pickup or amateur games organized independently by participants.
• BYPFL does not organize, supervise, insure, or officiate such games.
• You assume all risks associated with playing football, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. Football is a contact sport with inherent risks.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless BYPFL, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in any informal games.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or safety of the rules or concepts presented. Use of the Site and any gameplay is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYPFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any games. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your participation in any BYPFL-inspired games.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site uses reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
